Pick-up services are limited to hotels within Kota Kinabalu city and Kota Kinabalu International Airport.
Entrance tickets and activity fees are not included in this service.

Surcharge Information

All surcharges must be paid in cash directly to the driver.
Additional charges apply for destinations outside the Kota Kinabalu region, subject to availability at the time of booking.
Night Service Charge: A 50% surcharge applies for transfers booked between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM daily.
Peak Season Surcharge: A 50% surcharge applies during festive seasons.
