This package is based on private vehicle with a driver only.
Child below 12 years old must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
Rates are quoted without deviation, which means its a point-to-point transfer without additional stops in between.
Any side trips or requests not stipulated in the tour package are subject to availability and additional charges.
Please provide your arrival/departure flight details when making your airport transfer reservation. Transfer arrangements will not be made for bookings with missing or incorrect arrival/departure information, and no refunds will be issued for unused services.
If your flight is rescheduled or you wish to modify the pickup time, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your departure or at the time of your knowledge. Because all ground arrangements are arranged ahead of time, the change request is subject to seat availability. Otherwise, it will be considered a “no show,” with no return for the unused amount.
Our driver or agent will greet and meet you at the airport upon your arrival.
If you are unable to locate our representative or the designated meeting location, please call the number listed on the voucher before making alternative arrangements.
After your flight arrives, you will have an hour to wait. If you do not show up after that, customer service will make an attempt to contact you. If you cannot be reached, it will be considered a “no show” and the driver will leave.
Only one flight arrival time is covered by airport shuttle pickup. If numerous flights arrive at different times, each will be treated as a separate booking.
